Lacks haste.

Or should not have such a big reanimation cost in the first place. Something like "Sacrifice a land: Return Coffin Puppets from your graveyard to the battlefield. Activate this ability only during your upkeep and only if you control three or more Swamps." would have been more useful.

Change them to 4/4 and give them some keyword ability, and you're going into the right direction.
