You know, with mana burn done away with, this goes from barely playable to alright. Still not particularly great, but with no particular reason not to keep all your lands constantly tapped, it's a 5/3 for 4. Which sounded better in my head than it does now that I say it out loud... Nevermind! Poor guy got a second lease on life, at least.

Actually, the ability to take advantage of "target creature with power 2 or less is unblock able this turn" without additional support is almost good enough to look into a deck concept.
