I found this while searching for something to pull into play with It that Betrays when a Defense of the Heart goes off. There are not many good cards that force all opponents to sacrifice something when they enter the battlefield.

Seems like the modern day wording would be "each player chooses three lands and sacrifices the rest"

Probably.
This seems pretty nasty in any sort of (more casual) red deck wins scenario, as those decks typically have very low mana curves.
