@Wasret: Um, dude? Two things.
1. Pestilence requires mana. Which requires a land tap, usually. All this really does is limit how much you can hit per turn.
2. Urborg makes itself a Swamp, giving it the ": Add to your mana pool." ability inherent to swamps.

@tcollins, it only has infect while it's a creature, and it will kill itself with the counter it puts on itself. Still, sets up for proliferate effects OK even if it costs two cards.

Use with Inkmoth Nexus, damage will be dealt in the form of -1/-1 counters to creatures and poison counters to players, not anything groundbreaking but enables this card to get rid of indestructible creatures...

@tcollins nice one, the only thing i'm wondering is if you have to turn it into a creature before you tap it or not.

This is interesting, its a 3mana pestilence that in a sense gets around the clause "at end of turn sacrifice if there are no creatures in play". But it also uses up a land tap. Perhaps on like Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth which doesn't exactly have a tap effect it would be useful. Shame it can't be activated more than once. Still, in a pestilence deck why not.
