This is the most tedious card to use on Magic Online EVER.

most tedious? Nah, that's sensei's divining top. This is annoying, I grant you this. Does mill even work in commander?

In the Mimeoplasm/Ana deck, so the idea isn't milling so much as trying to get more of their creatures into their graveyards.

This is a good card for the devour for power deck. this was my WIN condition today at the release event. not only does this allow you to exile bombs from other players' graveyards with the mimeoplasm faster, but imagine exiling vulturous zombie with the mimeoplasm and swinging with a 28/28 general in the air after memory erosion has been down for 1 turn...

For the 3 mana you could do much more milling with sanity grinding and mind funeral etc, but this would be a good card for a multi player game since you can mill all opponents with it.

@Peanut the Destroyer
That's half true. Sanity grinding looks impressive but is typically only 8-15 milled cards *when used correctly*. (It's often even less than that) If you want numbers like 15 it requires lots of library manipulation and cards you've ensured have lots of blue manasymbols. The problem with Sanity Grinding is that most of the cards you need in a deck to make it work have only one-two blue mana in the cost PLUS usually 1/3rd or more of the cards you look at are islands.

With memory erosion, let's say turn 3, the player is likely to cast 3-4 more spells in a short game (maybe a removal, another creature or two, some ramping) or in a longer/more casual game, they might end up playing 10-15. It's worth noting that this is most powerful against blue or blue/green decks where most all spells you play are cantrips so you can play more spells! The more a deck, such as other blue decks, plays spells to sniff out it's combos, the more it's being milled.

Am I the only one who sees Nicolas Cage having a bad trip?

Also, I love this card for giving my Myr Welder some toys to play with.

As long as you are quick. I use Lazav, Dimir Mastermind And I just mill them till I hit something good to copy, or I just make my graveyard huge with instants and sorceries and then psychic spiral

Gentlemen. Gentlemen, This card is fantastic, I run it in my oona dec. It mills them just for playing the game. They cast a spell, you counter it they lose their spell and still mill 2. Then you can be like.
"My turn?"
Draw your card
Until you draw the powerhouses you need to finish them off.
