Just picked up my decks today and was flipping through the cards when I came across this. It suddenly hit me: Use this with Consecrated Sphinx on the field (I know I know, not in the decks, but the sphinx is quality EDH material anyway). Heck, even just the Forecast is bomby with the sphinx down.

I like it. Repeatable draw, and you ought to be able to manipulate it in your favor.
Wish I had a couple for my discard deck. Get a draw, get them to discard, make them pay with Liliana's Caress.

This can is a more expensive Prosperity with added Forecast.
Mind you, you might regret paying that 
, especially when you've got 5 or so lands out. What if you get a necessary Wheel of Fortune (let's say you're playing a Niv-Mizzet deck)? That'd just be a shame.

My friends and I have been playing in a league with the pre-cons. I chose Zedruu, and I gotta say this card is definitely getting the cut for something more reliable and one-sided like Concentrate or Blue Sun's Zenith.

The ratings system for gatherer assumes people who play MTG aren't stupid or trolls, ignore the rating system it's really dumb.
For anyone who plays multiplayer this is what you do
1. Generate a ton of mana, there's lots of ways to do this and most of them are land or artifact based so its not like you need to worry about color issues.
2. Cast this card, forcing your opponents to draw themselves to death.
3. Pack a card that lets you instantly reshuffle your deck and cast it, Stream of Consciousness will do nicely
4. Laugh manically as your friends tell you that you aren't allowed at their kitchen table any more.

I really dislike that stupid forecast mechanic. Paying mana at the beginning of my turn before I even know what I draw is so annoying. Half of the time you think "bah, if I wouldn'T have paid the forecast, I could now play this what I've just drawn". T_T
