@tachiKC - If you're casting this guy, then you're probably playing the deck wrong. I'm thinking you're power milling/dredging yourself just to reanimate your Lord of Extinction and swing with a 70/70 trampler for gg.

Its good because even though a 3/3 trampler for 4cc isn't that great, its effect makes your opponent NOT want to use removal on it or block it with their own big creatures, so it will stick. And if they DO use removal on it or block it, ALL of your creatures now have trample. Leatherback Baloth says hi.
@Kitty_the_Kat - not at all, I don't even have the card. Was just pointing out that in mono green he could be good with other big creatures that do not have trample. On that note, Kalonian Behemoth is also an interesting card that could benefit from this.

Good in Reanimator decks. Use Corpse Connoisseur to get him into your graveyard, or if its more practical for you, use One With Nothing after playing all your lands. Splinterfright can also get him in there fast.
Like all reanimator decks, watch out for grave hate decks that run cards like Tormod's Crypt, Nihil Spellbomb, or Cemetery Reaper.

Wow no one mention Survival of the Fittest or Fauna Shaman with the incarnations such as this or Anger? You and discard them to tutor for whatever creature you need and give your creatures an ability at the same time.
