Rating: 5/5 because it's a great land for budget players (like myself).
The best part is they still produce a colored mana so it's not useless after you've used the two charge counters AND you won't have to use the charge counters if you don't need to.
Along w/ Ravnica bounce lands and Zendikar refuge lands, this is all that budget players have to fix our mana base w/o breaking the bank.

With all the Ravnica bounce-lands in these decks, it's easy to reset the counters on this and the other vivid lands, so they are practically tri-lands who's only drawback is they enter the battlefield tapped.

Not really that bad think of it as coming into play tapped once and then giving you the color mana you need in a pinch. 3.5*
