I like how everyone has rated this 3/5.

It really is a 3/5 card. Nothing else to say about it.

I'll be the C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER! I like this card for the storage thing. Pump it with unused lands, and then play it for a fatty. 5/5

Nearly every single Time Spiral card was an homage to at least one previously printed card.

This card is part of a five-card cycle referencing the various kinds of "storage lands;" the first were in Fallen Empires (Icatian Store, et al) then tried again in Mercadian Masques (Subterranean Hangar, et al). This cycle became easily the most successful, finding a way to make the 'storage' part of the land less-clunky, promoting some entrants in this cycle to appear in tournament-caliber constructed decks.

This is probably the best charge-land for it's colors. Red and Black both loving to pump things up.
