It's a mashup of Triskelion and the little-known Tetravus rather than Pentavus as many people seem to think. While normally this would seem like kinda a bad deal, if you have some way of, say, increasing the number of counters, then you can basically blaze each turn, which is pretty cool. (My personal favorite mechanism?: Vorel of the Hull Clade in EDH.)

Useless combo in an actual Affinity Deck since you should never be alive long enough to cast him, but still a fun casual play if you made the mistake of buying the gold bordered cards (read the de***ions before you buy things on eBay.)

Guys it comes in the Devour for Power deck. And the general is The Mimeoplasm.
If you can't see the obvious (and awesome) synergy (exile this + anything big to get a ton of damage in) then you need some more practice.

So a Triskelion and a Pentavus glued together and given wings? The idea is funny, but it doesn't really excite me, especially since this card loses trisk's interaction with basilisk collar or anything else that would give it deathtouch, and also can't produce as many tokens as pentavus, nor can it sacrifice those tokens to be put back onto itself in the form of counters.
So at first it does seem like it's truly a triskelion + pentavus, but when you think about it, it's only half of each, and doesn't seem to work all that well.

Huh, that's interesting, the 3 main parts of its body share the same colors as Tetravus's body pieces.
Also, combos with Cathars' Crusade, as many know, but it also combos with Death's Presence.
