Not a bad card, especially since it lets you instantly generate necessary blockers from your dead creatures. For only two mana, just having them for a single block isn't a terrible deal. The only thing a bit restrictive is the four-mana down-payment on your reanimation engine. Running it with Eon Hub makes it flat-out amazing, since you won't ever see that new upkeep cost come back to haunt you. Combine also with Momentary Blink or a creature like Saltskitter for more lulz, since the creature will return as a new creature, able to be reanimated again should it die.
Overall, I think it's an excellent (but not tournament-competitive) card in the right deck and a decent card in any correctly-colored, creature-based deck (Esper, Azorius, Dimir). I am going to have to consider playing it.

The only thing I don't like about this card is the artwork.... not Heather Hudson's best piece. The rating is also lower than i would have expected. Sure you have to build around it a bit, but this card can be quite powerful when used correctly.
