Looks like a fairy version of Chandra that actually gets to use her goggles...

This art reminds me of Jak and Daxter. I hope I'm not the only one.

The Overload is very useful for wiping out all the mana dorks in Standard in the first few rounds to delay ramp.

I keep two in the main and two in the sideboard.
Efficiency? For two mana you can deal one damage to every creature you don't own. This little inefficient spell can put some seriously early brakes on a cipher deck, most aggro decks, token decks, simic decks and weenie decks.
All the decks my Izzet deck would struggle against if I didn't keep these handy.

Combine this with pyromancer's gauntlet for fun times.

A versatile little burn spell. This card is capable of frying someone's precious one-drop (I'm thinking Dryad Militant, Arbor Elf, Delver of Secrets, or even Dark Confidant here), becoming an early-game nuke against white weenies, faeries, goblins and the like without even touching your own field, and, what many people tend to miss, since there's no targetting in overload, this bare-butted Pixie can very well bump off, say, an Invisible Stalker or a Silhana Ledgewalker at instant speed, available for any deck that as much as splashes red.
Oh hey, it's also a dirt-cheap common, and legal in next to all big formats there are.
