I'm excited about this card. I know I shouldn't be, but I am. It's a 3/3 for 3-mana that grants 3 life. I'm hopeful that it will be able to find itself a home inside a Pauper deck.. even if I am unsure what deck would want it just yet.

It's amazing how much better than little bit of life makes this over Nessian Courser.

A huge speedbump for any aggro (Rakdos) deck. A reasonable size body and life gain is the last thing they want to see.

Normally I would dismiss the lifegain as some pointless part of a card, as in the case of Angel's Mercy which does that AND ONLY THAT but when you get 3 life from a 3/3 creature at 3 CMC it isn't negligible, i can see this guy being used despite the presence of more competitive 3 drops available to Selesnya players... *cough*Loxodon Smiter*cough*
@ToAsTy42o its surprising the amount of value you get over time with those artifacts especially in a control deck where slowing down your opponent counts considerably towards your chances of winning...

Not quite Kitchen Finks, but still decent, I'd say 3.5/5
