The problem with people comparing this to Doom Blade or Giant Spider to Azure Drake is that you have to look at the color as a whole. Yes Doom Blade is better than this card, yes Giant Spider may be better than Azure Drake, but you have to look at it within the realms of green, black, and blue. It's why Disenchant is bitched about but Naturalize is fine, and why Doomblade beats out Plummet because Green is about removing flying, removing buffs, and then when you have a fair ground vs ground fight, you trample all over them with superior creatures :)

Always a great sideboard card. Especially if your deck sports green and lacks fliers.
Hell, this card saved me from a Geist of Saint Traft's angel.

Green isn't supposed to be bad at killing flyers. Even in Alpha, green had Hurricane, Giant Spider, and Web. Since then, green received tons of flyer hate. If anything, green is best at stopping flyers.
