Heres how it works:

You put in green decks.

Just saying though. But there is dozen of ways to deal with it. I think all colors have one way or another to deal with it.

Simply just kill the creature they are enchanting while it is on the stack. Lost a lot of Rancors that way.

Take away Bolt, bring Rancor.
Make players even happier.

This card is key to the strategy of my edh aura deck for two reasons:

I don't play it in that deck, and therefore;
Nobody else can seem to view an aura deck with no Rancor as posing any sort of real threat.

I had nightmares when someone used this against me.

Got a creature?

Why not Rancor?

Awesome reprint.

IMHO it think its good for new players to experience powerful cards from the past such as this every once in awhile. Heck its because of players talking about cards like this that I wanted to start magic in the first place.

This is monumental. Rancor...in a core set? It's...oh God, I'm very very happy. I hereby dub M13 the "RanCore" Set.

Not just standard, but Rancor is now in MODERN. Mother of god....
