I am looking forward to this card the most of any in M13. Perhaps I will be disappointed like how I was with Dangerous Wager, which turned out to be garbage. But maybe, just maybe, this card will be another Faithless Looting. Here's hoping!

Something somewhere is going to blow up in Wizards' faces. They are giving too many colors too much push. Some of the pushes are little, like this one, but they're doing it at the same time as they're pushing a lot of other things. Something will blow sky-high. Can't. Wait. 8D

There is absolutely zero reason to play this in any format where Faithless Looting is legal. Even when its not, this still won't be good enough.

I would have loved to have this back in odyssey. It would have been sweet to run in r/g mongrel. I discard anger.

This is an awesome spell if it's the only one in your hand when an opponent plays a card like Word of Command.
"Hmm, I wonder what card I'm about to control..."
"Oh hey, why don't you take a..."

This card would go great in my mono red control deck.

I don't see this card being usefull in most red deck. Its basically pay {R}{R} and replace a card (hopefully one you dont need) with random draw. There is very little reason I would play that. Only with something crazy like Blast from the Past or Fiery Temper.
If you play mono-red and are chomping through your deck fast, rather use Browbeat and/or Reforge the Soul from the previous set - theese are great red draws.
EDIT: I was mistaken, my problem was Wild Guess simply can't be taken as draw engine. However it is solid when you use grave or situational spells. Discard Thunderous Wrath when it stucks in your hand or any other sorcery when you play Runechanter's Pike etc. 2.5/5
PS: As for the idea of Reverberating it: you lose 3 card and draw 4 for the cost of {R}{R}{R}{R}. Both cards deserve better use.
