I think this was supposed to be the art for the cancelled Unholy Armor.

It'll lift White Knight out of lightning bolt range, and could amp up a Serra Angel to be a lot tougher but I don't know if this is terribly useful even at the time. Being able to inflate the toughness makes for a potentially useful blocker on a Mesa Pegasus though.
