@Dragon: Sadly, it is not a telepathic bear. A bear isn't just a 2/2, a bear is a 2/2 for 2. This is a 2/2 for 3.

Had it been a bear, it not only would be pretty effective, but completely insane for blue back in the day. As it stands, it's a bit of a relic. Not too bad, yes, but there are loads of better options. Wizards are a pretty effective tribe though, so who knows. Might still have some life in it.
