This cycle is very good in decks with all three colors, and should not be underestimated. The only problem i have is that they do not help their own color. While i understand the flavor behind it, i just wish they did.

Mode, a lot of the time these familiars are good enough for two-color decks. You don't necessarily get more value out of using red and white in addition to green.
I like the fact that this guy can curve into a Giant Solifuge in monogreen decks :D
He's not quite as powerful as Nightscape Familiar or Stormscape Familiar, but he's not bad either.
