7th Ed. foils are black-bordered, if anyone thinks that would change their opinion about the art :)
Also, Stone Rain is never coming back. Instead, we get Stone Rain + a bit for 4. 'Destroy target nonblack creature' is a good bit better than a bit. 4 stars!

Despite the fact that I'd very rarely put one of these in my decks (it'd have to be centered at least in part around land destruction) I do like the idea of this card a lot. It's a Sinkhole with good utility. Maybe if it also didn't affect artifact creatures we could get that down to 1BB? Or maybe even BBB. And let them regenerate the land for all I care!
