I think it's nice at uncommon. It's far from being the same board sweeper as Earthquake.
Though of course it is very fitting in green if you have no fliers and your opponent has almost all fliers...

The artwork (best of any version) is very reminiscent of one of the Innistrad Islands, another piece of excellent art.

certainly a card to appreciated by green decks, where the closest you get to flying is usually reach, and the closest thing to direct removal is prey upon . It's not consistent removal, but it does serve as a tool for stopping the one assault your fatty trampling green beasts can't seem to stop.
