Sure, overshadowed by Overrun, Overwhelming Stampede and finally Titanic Ultimatum, but don't underestimate this card.

It's an instant, so it can be an ugly surprise you cast after all your attackers got chump-blocked.

Overrun is generally better, but certainly not strictly better. This definitely has its niche uses.
