Used to use this in a bounce-oriented deck, along with Stormscape Battlemage. It wasn't anything to write home about, but it was fun playing with ETB effects all game.

You can just keep bouncing it back to your hand and filtering through your deck until you find some good stuff and then just send it to the bottom of your deck.

One of the less impressive gaters, but if you could get a loop going you could cycle through your deck. Potentially.
