One of the master generals of EDH.
She is excellent for the astute ensemble of Johnny players that utilize the combo potential of green and white.
Her ability to tutor for legends not only increases your card advantage but also enables you to search for legendary lands (especially Gaea's Cradle and in some cases Serra's Sanctum) that can either allow you to acquire the mana you need to play some excellent cards in your hand and/or significantly increase your mana advantage.

@Missile_Penguin way to put it. She was a huge part of the story going on.
Not a bad idea for an EDH deck.

@fragskull: It wouldn't affect planeswalkers, no. And Planeswalkers aren't affected by the Legend Rule. They are affected by a similar rule called the Planeswalker Uniqueness Rule. Which basically says the same thing as the legend rule, only it refers to Planeswalker type, not name.

Can we please turn the Weatherlight Saga into an anime already? We already have a picture of this chick jumping through the air with a cool sword and this would be a good place to start the story off with Gerrard as the protagonist.

Commander gold! She's flavorful, has a nice color combination, and can tutor up whatever legendary card you need in a 100-card deck. If you're playing against her, you'd better take her out fast before Reki, the History of Kamigawa or Gaea's Cradle (to name a few) start burying you in card advantage.

Captain of the Weatherlight, Sisay took over the job from Gerard Capashen when he abdicated his responsibility as a living part of Urza's Legacy.
However, she was captured by Volrath and taken to Rath, and the Weatherlight crew soon followed after to rescue their captain. The details of this occur during the Weatherlight expansion as well as the entire Tempest Block.
This card represents her not only as the leader of the Weatherlight crew, but also as a major general in the Coalition of Dominaria, the united armies against Yawgmoth and the Phyrexians. These events play out in Invasion Block.
Her ultimate fate is unknown, as she, along with Tahngarth, Squee, Orim, and Cho-Manno, used the Weatherlight to planeshift away from Dominaria as Gerard and Urza triggered the Apocalypse.

This would not include Planeswalkers correct? Since while they suffer from the legendary rule they do not have it in their card type.
