I used to think this card was a bust, but I could see it played defensively to good effect, particularly if you had something like a regenerating creature to stop one powerful guy.

Not great, but not terrible.

Was hoping this variant had better art but I guess I was wrong. Can no artist convey the image of a lone soldier attacking or something? Some gallant idiot doing something?

5th edition had those nasty stockings >:(.
