Want to use this in limited? Here's a tip. Put it on your opponent's creatures.
Chances are he has at least one zombie, spirit, human, or some other tribe you can use. You then reap the rewards every turn he keeps that creature alive - and if he'd rather throw away his creature to deny you the card advantage, you just removed a creature for 3U.
I didn't even figure out that it would work on opponents' creatures until someone used Sudden Disappearance on me, and I had to stck the enchantment on something I didn't control when it came back down.

@Ange-Gardien Bruna, Light of Alabaster seems to combo greatly with this card here.

This does wonders with Slivers. Seriously.

Mage: "Hey, this is a neat spell. I...I get the feeling I should be somehow building a deck around this card"
Window of Ghosts: "OOOOOOoooooooo"
Mage: "Some sort of...I dunno...tribal deck, maybe?"
Window of Ghosts: "BOOOOOOOOOOO boooogedy booooooooo"
Mage: "What sort of tribe should I use, though? What would go well with this blue enchantment?"
Window of Ghosts: "woooOOOOOooooo OOOOOooooOOOOOoo"
Mage: "Quiet down, spirits! I'm trying to think here!"
Window of Ghosts: "..."
Mage: "I've got it! Crabs!"

I like it. Like Beguiler of Wills it encourages a creature focused deck, this time explicitly shouting "play me with tribes!"
The ability to get a free creature each turn is quite nice, and if I get one it will probably end up in my B/U zombie deck to speed things up. It's a pity that you do not have the option to put them into your grave instead, but you can't have everything for such a cheap cost. Overall, quite nice, and will probably see a lot of play in casual.
Also, I may be wrong, but since it says put into play and not cast, any skaabs wouldn't require the creature exiling additional cost. Think about that for a second. Nice.

Y'know, I've seen Mistform Ultimus EDH decks, and now I want to build one solely for the combo with this card.

This is cool. I like how with Innistrad they put in stuff to emphasize tribal without going all-in like Lorwyn. Though it may not have much room in Standard, it will make a very nice addition to a kitchen table Sliver deck

This was the first rare I pulled at the prerelease, and was unfortunately the second best rare I got after Manor Gargoyle. I tried to make a werewolf deck with what I got using this to cheat them into play, but just didn't have the punch I needed. C'est la vie.
For those of you wanting to do tribal shenanigans, bear this in mind: Geist of Saint Traft and Drogskol Reaver share a type. Hehe!
