@Dolorosa: Uuuhhh...if you've Unsummoned that creature 3 times, that's three cards and three draws you've used against one... and its not even close in its purpose to Mr. Skifsang here... and if said creature has come down three times, what's stopping it coming down a fourth time then? It still isn't removing it, only stalling it...your point?
This is threat removal, obviously not so much against utility, but a nice and likeable flavourful card. 13 is the magic number! :D

@Dolorisa: By the time you play this, you'd have to be damned lucky to have three Unsummons. This neuters anything on the board and rocks in Limited; you threw your bomb on the field? Yeah, don't care. Blue control rocks Limited once again.
