It's not disenchant. It's not even revoke existence. But it gets you a card, it's instant speed and it has some pretty epic flavor text.

This is actually an excellant sideboard card. Especially with so many Oblivion Rings floating around, this one can be incredibly useful.

I have it in quite some multiplayer decks. There are always enchantments to kill. And: many cards cycle for 2 mana. This does the same, but also kills an enchantment on the way. Not awesome, but definately solic and in some formats well playable.
