This might proof to be a handy card - but animating lands is always risky,
when playing against the wrong deck your opponent will cast his Pyroclasm or Volcanic Fallout with joy.

Well, when using this one i'd consider running some cheap and/or cantrip Auras like Frog Tongue.

Terra Eternal, Sterling Grove, Crucible of Worlds, Earth Surge, Fires of Yavimaya, maybe a Privileged Position or Asceticism, toss some Enlightened Tutor or Idyllic Tutor in, Wrath of God could be helpfu, a smattering of land fetching (Harrow), sounds like a deck to me.

What is really fun is using this (or any land-animation card) with Aggravated Assault. It can lead to infinite mana, a turn that doesn't end, and getting punched in the face by your opponent.

Hmm... judging by the set, colors, and picture shouldn't it be: Lands you control are 2/2 Kavu creatures with first strike. If it were I would totally make a kavu deck.
