This thing will tend to trade when it attacks is the only problem: Vigilance ensures that your opponent will choose to trade on their terms (choosing a blocker) rather than yours (you choose which attacker to block)

I actually rather liked this guy, I pulled him at the Pre-release, and tended to combine him with Common Bond, which made him a pretty good terror =)
