Wicked art, love it. Seems quite playable in UW draft.

What's the toughness-boosting ability called? Power-boosting abilities are referred to as fire-breathing, I suppose this would have... butt-breathing, or something.
It's a flying, butt-breathing drake. Good in Limited.

You could make him a Wind Drake!

That awkward moment when you forget that you were using this guy as Sea Drake proxies.

Pros like me know that this is an excellent defensive card. It blocks just about everything and lives!

I did not know that this was a reprint. The flavor is really Azorius-like, and the name fits Ravnica perfectly.
Also, the card continues the trend of putting amazing art on mediocre cards.

If anyone, ANYONE (new players) is thinking of playing this card as a viable W/U flier in standard, go Arctic Aven, you will get much more from it for 2U.
