IMHO I don't think it should spare non-wall defenders.
The way I see it is that there is a fundamental difference between walls and non-wall defenders. Walls are immobile constructs or plants that need magic to animate, but non-wall defenders are homeguard that is only instructed not to attack. So non-wall defenders can be tempted to attack and when they try their commanders shoot them for deserters.

This should be errata-ed to accommodate defender. Non-Wall creatures with defender will be destroyed, which, at the time of printing, couldn't happen. Considering Walls are one of the least printed things nowadays, it seems that this should address defender.

Cards like this need to lose the untapped part of the card. It makes the card useless against creatures that tap, and therefore, useless against 99% of the reasons you would want to use this card.

Add Mortal Combat, Need for Speed, and Killer Instinct for a video game collection.

Well, it's one way to handle a stalled multiplayer game. Of course, if you're the one who played it, you'll probably be the one who's attacked... repeatedly.

Throw in a spell like Crawlspace and you've got all your opponents locked down to only two non-wall creatures.
