Theyre better because of things that make cycling cheaper, though.

i like this set of cycling lands. they don't require colored mana to cycle them which makes them better in multicolor decks.

Nibelheim raises a good point. The real advantage of this cycle having 2 cycling costs is that they can be made free with Fluctuator.
