Too unreliable. If your opponent has more land which means possibly more available mana, this card doesn't do squat. 2/5
Much better to get something reliable like counterspell or cancel or even manaleak

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV's favorite counterspell. I run it with him and other cost reduction.
