I originally thought this read "whenever X deals combat damage, your opponent discards a card" when I first read it back in the day (years and years ago during Kamigawa). I thought it was SHIT. Now I look back fondly on that card that doesn't really exist and I know for a fact that it was an excellent card, and far far too good. Skullsnatcher, sadly, doesn't force discard. It exiles. And that's all I have to say about that. Still has uses, sure. But it isn't as good.
