As many have said, a good mana fixer for pauper, on a budget, or in limited. Not really constructed tourney standard though.

@General_Naga- I have to agree, this is definitely the better art of the two.

It doesn't have as much of a drawback if you combine it with a Ravnica bounceland? I mean, the tempo loss is still horrible but if you're running both you're playing casual, so tempo is less of a thing.
