While it's not terrible, it's one of the least effective Sanctuaries. There's not a lot of support for Enchantments that deal damage to creatures, honestly. Having it backfire is also one of the major downsides. Thankfully it's support colors all have a huge selection of noncreature cards that can land you a win.
