One of my first Wurms ever, the bane of all my brothers merfolk, homarids and pirates.
Epic fantasy art, the 6 defence is'nt too good, nor is lacking trample, never stopped me from winning with him though the Icing on my cake.

No trample you say? Ever hear of a little thing card called Jump? Or how about Flight? Shimmering Wings? Ghostly Wings? Soar? Updraft? Defy Gravity? How about just putting Lure on a saproling token?

They just need to make a card that makes these cards playable.

Nature's Barrier 2GreenGreen
Enchantment
Abilities of creatures can't be played.
Creatures with power greater than its converted mana cost cannot attack.
Creatures with toughness greater than its converted mana cost cannot block.
Creatures with both power and toughness equal to its converted mana cost cannot attack or block.
Whenever a creature attacks or blocks, it lose all static abilities.
Green:Add 2 to your mana pool. Spent this mana only to cast creature spells.

(Flying, Shroud etc are static abilities)

misering with playability on cards with a converted mana cost of eight?
that's gladly something rather obsoleted these days. at least considering cards with double-colored mana costed cards.
