Whu? This in Beatdown? Isn't Beatdown supposed to be the set with the best creatures in Magic history at the time? How did this get in? Phantom Monster should have been in this Drake's place.

Perhaps at the time, a blue 3/2 Flying for {3}{U} was considered good? I dunno.

But I do agree with you on that point.
