Agreed with Hambot, the real power of this card is turning creatures into artifacts. I love the flavour, too.I like the slightly steampunk edge to a lot of the Brothers' War stuff.

One of the most flavorful cards in Chronicles. It's not that bad either. It avoids Terror, adds to Affinity, helps Simic, and gives Memnarch a target.

The original leonin scimitar, this allowed creatures to dodge terror at instant speed, or turn into artifact creatures that could not be touched by The Abyss.

It's like a colorless Battlegrowth, only they become artifacts as well.
Handy at least.
