Considering all the grave related cards in RtR I can see it justified in limited... Oh, wait...

Nice. A black version of Purify the Grave (I know Cremate came first, yes yes). No Flashback, but it has a cantrip attached so the card advantage is even.
Sideboard a few of these to deal with the pesky Gravecrawler and Rancor, the latter of which I expect to see much more of in B/G Zombies (Gravecrawler is a given).

Cremate your cremate, so you can draw while you exile.

As good as the flavour text is, I actually prefer the original one from the Guildpact version of this card: “Cremation of the dead is not a religious ritual in Ravnica. It's a business designed to keep the Golgari from growing in numbers.”

Great, Orzhov doesn't let death stopping them from collecting debt. Don't get a loan from them :(

That's some funky cremation going on there.

3/5. Great against scavenge and flashback and it provides a replacement.

@eternal_blue: Looks like somebody plays with unburial rights, because that's what this hoses. Along with every card with flashback ever.
