Well this is certainly worth at least sideboarding in the current Standard game. Lots of Humans throughout the game's history, so maybe even worth a sideboard slot in expanded formats, too. I like it.

Any spell that could destroy creature without color restriction is dangerous, but the Human restriction drags it down. Granted, some of the most dangerous creatures are humans but there are other card choices with more wiggle room than this one.

VERY good in limited. AVR is crawling with humans, from Wingcrafters to Silverblades to that pesky Tandem Lookout.
