This guy is at least 3/5 material. A walk ability and protection are both awesome things. At worst he is a 3/3 for 4 which is pretty fair.

Same CMC and P/T as Hill Giant with mountainwalk and pro-white. Swords to Plowshares, Pacifism and its ilk in white can't stop it. Blood Moon can give him a mountain to walk in a lot of cases. It's nothing spectacular by any stretch, but at two stars it seems underrated around here.

Man, between this and Beasts of Bogardan, Chronicles loved red cards that hated red and white. And, like the beasts, this card is pretty sub-par.

wotc is holding yeti in its pocket. it took them this long to finally make enough decent minotaur to justify a deck, and god knows when the yeti will get their turn, but when they do, i'll be ready...
