The art on this is a lot better than the special game day version. Her "hair" looks much less silly here.

1. Elite Vanguard for both white and green

This is a great ability, obviously relevant to Snapcaster, but it's too strong. It really should have been a 1/1, then it would be balanced. As it is, there's little reason not to play it in
