I do enjoy this card this card, however it should read:

Enchant creature

Enchanted creature is now Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind Jr.

It is a shame that it can't deal damage to a creature, but it's also a shame that it costs 1BlueRed and not 1, isn't indestructible, and doesn't dispense ice cream.

What an amazing card, get by the aura drawback by replacing itself, and then adding to your card advantage a few turns later.

Could run it in an infect control deck.
