Good with either Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker or Gleancrawler in order to cycle through Mudbutton Torchrunner, Infectious Host, or Perilous Myr.

Its more about the sacrificing a creature for Black. The 1 life loss is just gravy. Can get a little more work out of your chump blockers or creatures in removal line of fire.
