I find it hilarious that this enchantment is in blue, the colour that usually gets hurt the most by this effect.

not that useful. you could plan using this card with Island Sanctuary to ensure that you cannot be attacked, though.

This card is great in blue control. I run a mono-blue wizard EDH and it really helps protect you, very underrated.
