On my favorite fun deck this card completes the combo to force an insane lockdown.
With Counterspell, Recoil and Waterfront Bouncer and an attack discard mechanic (I used Cloud Sprite and Cloak of Confusion for turn2 attack random discard) I managed to wipe the enemy table so many times. Permanents can't be targeted because of protection or shroud? Rishadan Cutpurse force him to sacrifice them once I wipe out his lands with Recoil. Procceed to own with Saprazzan Outrigger for a slow and painful end.

Even though this guy can attack, I prefer Mnemonic Wall. Perfectly average card though, 2.5/5
