@BiOhyBr
Assumption 1: You draw all four copies in your deck.
Assumption 2: You have nothing better to play (Ha!) on those turns.
Assumption 3: They have NINE cards to discard.
This is more how it would work out:
(You go first and they play one land a turn plus one spell)
Turn 1: 6 Cards (at the end of their turn)
Play first copy on your turn: 5 Cards (1 Hit)
Turn 2: 4 Cards
Play second copy: 2 Cards (2 Hits)
Turn 3: 1 Card
Play third copy: 0 Cards (1 Hit)
Even given the prospect of a GOD hand, you only net 4 cards with 3 copies, that's sub-par for discard cards, especially ones that don't let you pick the card (Duress, etc...). And that makes the last copy a dead card as 1) they play their top card as to not discard it or 2) it is a crappy card they can't/don't want to play at the time so... yeah.

This card is pretty good if you have four in a discard deck. 9 discarded cards over 4 turns for 2 mana a turn, not bad.

One of the worst in the cycle, by the time you would have more copies in your graveyard, there wont be any cards in your opponents hand to discard.
