Not so useful: the only decks which make an intensive use of enchantments are Enchantress/Sigil of the Empty Throne decks, which would have lots of useless enchantments to sacrifice to this card. The only use I see is against decks which use The Abyss, but in that case Disenchant or Naturalize are much more useful.

Would be a lot more fun as an instant. As mentioned it hits every player, so in multiplayer whipping this out randomly during someone's combat phase would be fun. "Oh you were just going to swing for the win with your Eldrazi Cons cription? Think again!"
